Fazenda Dutra – A family tradition in every bean
The Fazenda Dutra is idyllically located in São João do Manhuaçu, about 300 kilometers from the east coast of Brazil. Here, in the midst of lush nature, everything revolves around coffee and tradition. The farm is run by the brothers Ednilson and Walter, who grew up here and learned from an early age how to grow coffee with heart and dedication.
The story of the fazenda begins in the 1950s, when her father laid the foundation stone with just one hectare of land. Thanks to his passion and hard work, the property grew steadily until it eventually covered over 1100 hectares. With the proceeds from growing coffee, he bought more land bit by bit, always with the vision of creating something lasting for the family.
Since 1999, Ednilson and Walter have continued to run the fazenda - not just as a legacy, but as a living tribute to their father's values and dreams. Their connection to the family and the history of the fazenda is reflected in every bean they grow. With passion and respect for nature, they preserve their father's tradition and lead it into the future with modern know-how.
