AeroPress – How it works
Insert the paper filter into the filter holder, rinse it with hot water, and place the AeroPress over your cup. Grind 14–18 g of coffee to a medium fine grind and pour it in. Now add approximately 200 ml of water at 92°C, stir briefly, and let the coffee steep for 1–2 minutes. Attach the plunger and press down slowly and evenly. Your freshly brewed AeroPress coffee is ready—aromatic, uncomplicated, and always a delight.
It only stays fresh if it's airtight.
Once opened, coffee slowly loses its aroma—unlike wine, it doesn't improve as a result. Therefore, always store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh and enjoy its full flavors for a long time.
