Preparation recommendations
Filter: 18 g coffee to 300 g water (≈1:16), 2:45–3:15 min.
Portafilter: 18 g in → 36 g out, 25–30 s, 93 °C.
French Press: 30 g to 500 ml, coarse grind, let it brew for 4 minutes.
