Mexico Chiapas – Organic Coffee with Soul
Freshly roasted in Berlin. This special organic Arabica grows high in the mountains of Chiapas , Mexico's oldest coffee-growing region. At an altitude of 1,100–1,350 meters, the beans ripen slowly, developing their distinctive aroma. Nutrient-rich soils, the climate between the Pacific and Atlantic, and the expertise of the local farmers make this coffee a true treasure.
The beans come from the Grupo Siembra Abundante cooperative , founded in 2019 by smallholder farmers from the Tzeltal community in Yajalón. Today, over 585 members work here according to strict organic principles: no use of chemicals , conscious use of water, and respect for nature.
