Preparation recommendations
Espresso (portafilter): 18 g in → 36 g out, 26–30 s, approx. 93 °C.
Moka pot: Medium-coarse grind, no tamping, gentle heat.
Filter (strong): 18 g coffee to 300 g water (≈1:16–1:17), 2:45–3:15 min.
Tip: Monsooned Malabar tolerates a slightly finer grind and shorter contact time for clear, flavorful cups.
