Portafilter: 18 g in → 36 g out, 25–30 s, approx. 93 °C.
Fully automatic machine: 7–10 g · medium grind · 30–60 ml.
Filter: 18 g to 300 g water, 2:45–3:15 min.
French Press: 30 g to 500 g water, 4:00 min brewing time.
