Preparation recommendations
Espresso (portafilter): 18 g in → 36 g out, 26–30 s, approx. 93 °C.
Fully automatic: 7–10 g · Medium grind · 30–60 ml.
Filter: 18 g coffee to 300 g water (≈1:16), 2:45–3:15 min.
Moka pot: Medium-coarse grind, gentle heat, do not tamper.
Tip: Early start works particularly well with a medium grind and an even brewing ratio.
