Can I grind by weight with the Forté AP?
Yes – the Forté AP offers grind-by-weight . Please note: The scale cannot be used with the portafilter holder inserted, as it covers the platform.
How does the Forté AP differ from the Forté BG?
The AP is an all-round grinder for espresso and filter, while the BG (Brew Grinder) was specifically developed for brewing methods such as pour-over, Chemex or batch brewer.
How big is the dead space?
The Forté AP has very little dead space , so you get almost exclusively fresh ground coffee – perfect for changing recipes and beans.
Is the Forté AP also suitable for professional use?
